Husaak Adventures believes that life happens outdoors. We have successfully used nature and the environment to lead young people on a journey of self-discovery, pushing them outside of their comfort zone in a fun and exciting way. We offer a range of water sports and outdoor excursions for students aged 8+.

We can tailor experiences for students in all fields and create a personalized experience relating to their values and area of study. For example, we have organized numerous educational trips for students within the mangrove national park, as well as trips for post graduate studies that involve sample collection from the sea environments.

The Bayan Bilingual School in Kuwait has trusted us to organize 5-6 trips per year made up of their middle school graduating class. If you have any requirements, please let us know and we will come up with a fun field trip that will whisk students away from the hustle bustle of the city to experience nature and wildlife in its entirety. Along with some thrilling experiences, we will also help them understand the delicate balance of the ecological systems within the UAE.

We believe that outdoor activities with peers, embarking on a unique experience and stepping out of one’s comfort zone helps develop skills which aid personal growth. Let us help you create a memorable and educational experience for your students.

Husaak’s educational programs provide students with unique adventures, focused on the following five elements:

  • Independence and leadership development

  • The importance of safety in the outdoors (Proper equipment, time and energy management)

  • The importance of teamwork

  • An introduction to nature/ regional geology in a fun and simple way

  • Discipline and time keeping, through practical day- to - day activities

In 2018, Husaak conducted the first two-week accredited field session for King Fahad University for Petroleum and Minerals with more than 50 faculty members and students. The impact on the youth went far beyond our expectations which led to a second accredited field session for more than 70 students and faculty in 2019. Our goal now is to make this program accessible to schools and universities around the world so more individuals can benefit from it.

Since the inception of Husaak, the business has been pursuing the opportunity to change the mindset of the youth.

Young people must be exposed to experiences which plant seeds of exploration and curiosity. Establishing a culture of adventure and self-dependence will ensure the upcoming generations have the skills to be future leaders and agents of change. The educational programs offered communicate this to the youth in a subtle and unconventional way that cannot be achieved in a classroom.

What we offer

  • This 2-week field session is catered toward university students. The life skills learned and bonding between participants have yielded amazing results with a lasting impact. In the higher education and academic world, we always focus on the text book side of things, but this is an opportunity to make a bigger investment in university students and offer give them the chance to learn life lessons they cannot get in a classroom.

  • 2 hour guided tours to 3-night bespoke packages are available for students aged 12+. Nowadays young people are gadget obsessed and accustomed to a comfortable way of life. A break from technology, exploring the outdoors and experiencing nature with their peers will give them a new perspective on life.

  • Seahawk has supported research excursions with colleagues from Khalifa University/ University of Bristol on collecting carbonate sediments from offshore Abu Dhabi. This research was conducted by faculty from both universities, PhD and Master Students who are studying the geochemistry and the sedimentological aspects of marine sediments in the Arabian Gulf.
