Payment & Cancellation Policy

Prices: 
Prices are based on costs are set as per the announcements made by Husaak Adventures. Husaak Adventures reserves the right to adjust prices until you have made full payment for your experience. Dates, prices and itineraries are indicative only and subject to change. Insurance, personal purchases during the trip are not included in your price.

Payment Confirmation: 
Payment confirmation shall be sent to the email used or provided when doing the booking on the website or any other booking channel within 24 hours. Providing the incorrect email will result in not receiving the email confirmation of your booking/payment.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Husaak Adventures policies and rules.

If cancellation occurred by you:

If you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking notification, a cancellation must be made to Husaak Adventures in writing.
If you cancel any kayaking trips including guided tours and rentals, the following conditions apply;

  • 3 days prior – full refund with 5% refund fee

  • 24 hours prior – full credit

  • 24 hours after – 100% no refund / credit

Refund for Full Moon Kayak Tours & Museum Tickets at Louvre Abu Dhabi is not applicable.

*If the cancellation is due to you having COVID-19/ “flu-like symptoms”, and providing a medical certificate is supplied as proof, Husaak will hold 100% of funds paid and will transfer booking as credit.

If you reschedule any kayaking trips including guided tours and rentals, the following conditions apply;

  • Reschedule validity is 3 months from booking date

  • Rescheduling must be done at least 6 hours before the intended trip

  • Late are considered no show resulting to 100% no refund / credit

Reschedule for Full Moon Kayak Tour at Louvre Abu Dhabi is not applicable.

*A 10-minute grace period will be given to rental bookings

If you cancel special trips including camping, cruise, courses or any 1-day event, the following conditions apply;

  • 7 days prior – full refund

  • 3 days prior – full credit

  • 24 hours prior – 100% no refund / credit

There are no refunds or transfer to an alternative activity if you wish to cancel after the 24 hours mark. If you wish to cancel but you find someone to take your spot, then you can replace your name with the new person’s name. You are fully responsible for finding your replacement. No refunds will be made if you leave an activity or experience for any reason after the activity or experience has begun. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment only and may take up to 14 working days.

If cancellation occurred by Husaak Adventures:

Husaak Adventures reserves the right to cancel activities and will advise you of such cancellations. In this case Husaak Adventures will offer you alternative arrangements and if the price of your alternative booking is of lower value than the original booking we will refund the difference to you. If you do not accept alternative arrangements we will refund all 100% of the monies paid towards this trip, less any unrecoverable costs incurred by Husaak Adventures, but we will not be liable under any circumstances whatsoever for any claims made by you for any additional costs incurred by you.

Husaak Adventures will not be liable for any delay in, change to or cancellation of any activities or experiences due to Force Majeure. Force Majeure means circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Husaak Adventures and includes but is not limited to war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, industrial or nuclear disaster, airline delays, adverse weather conditions, fire and strikes. If Husaak Adventures does cancel a booking as a result of Force Majeure, or government advice, Husaak Adventures will offer you alternative arrangements. If the price of your alternative booking is of lower value than the original booking, we will refund the difference to you. If you do not accept alternative arrangements, we will issue you a credit note for the full funds paid less any unrecoverable costs. Husaak Adventures will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by you.

Changes to your experiences:

Changes may occur because of Force Majeure, poor road conditions, weather, availability of transport, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond Husaak Adventures’ control like high wind or rough sea. You accept that such changes may occur.

Where changes occur we will, where practical, advise you of such changes. Husaak Adventures does not accept any responsibility for loss of enjoyment, delays or compensation resulting from changes due to Force Majeure or any reasons beyond Husaak Adventures’ control.
